Auto Recharge your Boost Mobile Pre-Paid service

Auto Recharge is an online service that will enable you to register your credit card and set up automated recharges for your Pre-Paid service.
To use Auto Recharge you’ll need access to My Account and a valid credit card.

How to Setup Auto Recharge

1. Login

• Login to My Account
• Select 'Pre-Paid' from the left hand side
• Select 'Optus Auto Recharge'

2. Choose your Auto Recharge settings

• Choose your Auto Recharge settings either:
  • Optus Auto Recharge - the service is automatically recharged based on a set frequency e.g. every 30 days; OR
  • Optus Auto Recharge with Low Balance – the service is automatically recharged when you reach a low balance and based on a set frequency.
• Choose an amount from the dropdown list
• Nominate the date your first recharge will occur

3. Complete your payment details.

• Complete your payment details, select 'Next'

4. Submit

• Review your details
• Read and accept the Terms & Conditions
• Submit

Your Auto Recharge settings can be viewed and managed in My Account. Any modifications or cancellations can take up to 48 hours to be processed.
