  • Q:I've recharged with $40 but my balance shows $0.+

    When you recharge your mobile with $40 on any Boost Mobile plan (except Day to Day) you will receive 30 days of unlimited standard national talk and text (excluding Pivotel) plus 3GB of web to use within Australia. This offer doesn’t give any Credit or MyCredit and as such, unless you have credit remaining from a previous recharge, you will hear an account balance of zero. Please send ‘BALANCE’ to 9999 and you will receive an SMS back with details of the $40 recharge offer and also the expiry date. This is a free SMS.

    You may change your plan, however you must recharge after changing plan to get the bonus amounts.

  • Q: How do I unlock my phone?+

    All phone unlocks must be done over the phone for privacy reasons. Please call 1300 555 002.

  • Q: My phone says it needs a PUK code? Why has this happened, where do I get a PUK code?+

    PUK locks happen because of security settings on your phone. You need to call 1300 555 002 to get a PUK code to unlock your phone.
