Our customers have told us they hate running out of credit. We have listened to them and launched IOU Credit!
Customers that are with Boost Mobile or Optus Pre-Paid Mobile can now, next time they run out of credit, simply text ‘IOU’ to 468 and Optus or Boost will help them out by giving them $3 credit. When they next recharge the $3 credit is subtracted from their balance, it’s that easy!
How Does This Work? When a customer has less then $1.50 MyCredit in their balance they can simply:
1. Text ‘IOU’ – this is a FREE text, to 468 (this spells IOU on the keypad, to make it easy to remember). 2. $3 credit will then be applied to the customers balance. 3. They then have 3 days to use the credit before it expires. 4. On their next recharge we will deduct $3 from the customers MyCredit balance. 5. The customer can use this feature once, every time they recharge!

VoiceMail is your personal mobile answering machine and allows messages to be left for you when your mobile is turned off, or if you are unreachable.
VoiceMail can store up to 20 messages at any one time. All unread messages are kept for 14 days. Your phone will alert you when a message has been left on your VoiceMail.
To set up your VoiceMail and listen to VoiceMail messages dial 321 from your mobile and follow the prompts.
TIPs: To access your VoiceMail from a landline, dial 0411 000 321. To access your VoiceMail from overseas, dial +61 411 000 321. For accesing your VoiceMail from a landline or overseas have your passcode (issued when you first set up your account) on hand.

Boost Mobile Caller ID lets the person you are calling see your number. It is displayed on the screen of the person's mobile phone when activated.
Blocking Caller ID permantly, If you don't want Caller ID displayed when making calls to another mobile phone:
- Request removal of the Caller ID feature when activating your mobile handset on Boost Mobile, or
- call customer service on 1300 555 002 to have the service removed (a charge of 27c including GST applies if calling from your Boost Mobile).
ADDITIONAL INFO: Callers can also choose to block their number so that it will not be displayed on your mobile phone. The display will read PRIVATE.

Communicate without talking via messages. You can send text, sound or picture messages to other mobiles. It's easy and a great way to keep in touch while keeping costs down.
How to send a text message:
- Go to "Messages" in your mobile menu
- Choose "Write" or "Send Messages" (or similar - it depends on your phone)
- Key in your message and then press "SEND"/"OK"
- Enter the mobile number where the message is to be sent and then press "SEND"
How to send a photo message: 1. Take a photo 2. Select "Options" and "Send", "Via Multimedia" 3. Enter the number and "Send"
TIP: You can send picture and MMS messages to email addresses.

There's no need to make two calls, memorise a number, or hunt for a pen to write it down. 124YES is your mobile directory service that connects you straight through to the number you want.
By dialling 124 followed by the numbers that spell Y-E-S (either 937 or 927 depending on the keypad), you will be put through to an operator who will search for the number and connect you directly through.
IMPORTANT: There is a $1.10 charge for the 124YES service in addition to the standard rates detailed in your Rate Plan booklet.

You only have three attempts to enter your PIN before it blocks in order to protect your phone from unauthorised use. If this occurs your phone will appear as BLOCKED or request a P.U.K code. TIP: Your default access PIN number will be 0000
Please call Customer Service on 1300 555 002 for assistance in unblocking your PIN (a charge of 27c including GST applies if calling from your Boost Mobile handset).
IMPORTANT: If you have entered the incorrect unblocking code in more than 10 times this will destroy your SIM Card. SIM Cards can be replaced by Customer Service for a fee.
