Bring your existing number to Boost Mobile

Step 1 : Buy a Boost SIM Pack or Handset

Step 2 : Head to boost.com.au and press activate on the top right hand corner. Alternatively you can call customer service on 1300 555 002 and advise that you would like to bring your number across from another carrier.

Step 3 : After you hit the 'Activate' button, you will be redirected to another the activation page where you will need to enter your SIM pack number and personal details. When you are prompted "Would you like to bring your number across from another carrier" select Yes.

Step 4 : If you are an existing prepaid customer with another carrier you will only need your DOB and details to match up. If you are a postpaid customer you will also need your account number.

Step 5 : The porting process usually takes 5 - 10 minutes but can take up to 48 hours.
