Pre-Paid Public Mobile Telecommunication Services before a Pre-Paid Mobile Service can be activated. These details are required to be collected at the Point of Sale and verified on delivery. However, if you do not provide you Personal Information you may not be able to purchase any access requested product or services, or submit and have posted any comments submitted on news articles and the like.
